Introduction

Welcome to ConvoForm. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our conversational form building service and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use passwords that are strong and unique to your ConvoForm account.

User Content

Our Service allows you to create, store, share, and publish conversational forms and collect responses ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content and are responsible for it, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any media for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • To impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service
  • To collect or harvest any personal information from other users
  • To send unsolicited promotional materials or spam
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

Google API Services

For users who connect their Google accounts to ConvoForm:

  • Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • We will only request and use the minimum necessary permissions to provide the Google Drive integration features.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ConvoForm and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, to us, or to third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ConvoForm, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and/or by sending you an email.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ConvoForm is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
