AI job application forms for hiring teams
Start the screening call with the answers, not the questions
Collect role, experience, current and expected CTC, notice period, location and links in one conversation. Candidates answer in their own words on their phone. When an answer is unclear, ConvoForm can ask a follow-up before it saves the answer.
Your team makes the hiring decisions. ConvoForm helps collect the answers.
Illustrative example
A CV and a phone number don't answer your screening questions
Applications often arrive as a name, a phone number and a CV. Experience, CTC, notice period and whether the candidate can relocate still come out on a call, one candidate at a time.
A standard form can ask for these. But free text needs a second question when the meaning is unclear: "6" doesn't say whether it's current or expected CTC, "3-4" is a range, and "can join soon" isn't a notice period.
Illustrative example
The candidate types "6". The follow-up asks whether that is current or expected CTC, so the saved answer is ₹6 LPA current and ₹8 LPA expected.
Keep your screening questions. Change how you ask for them.
You decide what a complete answer looks like. ConvoForm asks the questions and follows up when an answer is unclear.
- 01
Describe the role and what each answer needs
List the fields you need and what a complete answer looks like, such as experience in years, CTC in LPA (current and expected), and notice period in days or "Immediate". Review the generated form before you share it.
- 02
Share the link with your job post
Publish the form and share the link in your job post, careers page, LinkedIn post or WhatsApp replies. When an answer doesn't meet a field's requirements, ConvoForm can ask a follow-up before moving on.
- 03
Review answers before you call
See each answer with the full conversation. Export to CSV or send to Google Sheets, then decide who to call. Your team still verifies details and makes every hiring decision.
